NetXMS Client for Android privacy policy

SIA "Raden Solutions" ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users ("you") of the NetXMS Client for Android ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in connection with your use of the App.
1. Data Collection and Use
SIA "Raden Solutions" does not collect, access, store, or transmit any personal data, server information, or usage data from users of the App.
The App is designed to function entirely with the user's own server, which the user installs, operates, and maintains independently. All communication between the App and the NetXMS monitoring server occurs directly and securely on infrastructure fully controlled by the user.
Because of this architecture, we do not receive or process any data related to:
- Device identifiers
- IP addresses
- Server credentials or metrics
- Monitoring or network activity logs
- Personal or sensitive user data
2. Google Play Store Statistics
The only information we receive is aggregated and anonymized statistics provided directly by Google Play Console, such as:
- Number of installations and uninstalls
- Crash reports (with no personal identifiers)
- Device type and Android OS version statistics
- User ratings and reviews
These statistics are used solely for improving app stability and performance. They cannot be used by us to identify or track individual users.
3. User Responsibility
By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The App is a client for the open-source NetXMS monitoring platform and relies on a server hosted and managed by you.
- You are solely responsible for configuring, securing, and managing your own NetXMS server instance, including any data stored or transmitted.
- Any data transmitted between the App and your server does not pass through or become accessible to SIA "Raden Solutions" in any form.
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or external tracking tools.
The App does not integrate with any external services other than your own configured NetXMS server.
5. Data Security
Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no risk of personal data breach on our part. However, it is your responsibility to:
- Implement secure configurations on your NetXMS server
- Safeguard access credentials
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations if you process personal data on your own server
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or applicable legal requirements. Any such changes will be published within the App or on the relevant app store listing. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
